DevShield 15018

Ultra high strength, low alloy electrode for use in joining and repair of ASTM A148, A643, HY130, LQ130 and similar variations where mechanical properties are comparable. Applications include alloy forging and casting repair and fabrication and repair of heavy equipment, such as cranes, crane booms, excavators, and mining equipment.

DevShield 4130LN

Low hydrogen stick electrode for repair and fabrication of 4130, 8630, and similar alloys when weld metal will be quenched and tempered. This electrode was designed to meet NACE MR0175 with Ni < 1.0% and hardness < 23 HRc.

DevShield 7018-A1

DevShield 7018-B2L

Low alloy steel electrode for welding Cr-Mo steels, such as 1.5%Cr – 0.5%Mo and 0.5% Cr – 0.5% Mo. This electrode is recommended for high strength steels requiring tensile strength greater than 80 ksi, and for the fabrication of boilers and piping used in high-temperature service.
