DevCor 80-S

A high strength, low alloy SAW wire recommended for joining AISI 4130, 8630 and variations thereof. This wire was specifically designed for welding Q&T steels that will undergo PWHT. Combined with appropriate flux will yield 100ksi UTS, 100 avg ft-lb at -20F, while still adhering to NACE MR0175

DevCor 80-T SR+

A metal-cored GTAW electrode designed to join and repair AISI 4130 steel and similar steels without re-quench and temper, using only a stress-relief. Nickel < 1.0% and hardness Vickers < 250 for NACE MR0175 adherence.
