Process: GTAW

Gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) is commonly referred to as tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding. GTAW applications use a non-consumable tungsten electrode along with inert shielding gasses such as helium or argon. GTAW is a relatively complex welding process engineered to minimize metal splatter and slag. This produces the cleanest welds possible, making it the ideal welding process for components that require premium aesthetics.
